In this post we are talking about the 3 most haunted places in India. This is not for the weak of heart. We have forever been fascinated by the paranormal. And it is this fascination that evokes our interest in anything and everything that is haunted. Haunted places, real haunted houses, forts etc.

In a country like India, folklores about the haunted are an integral part of local cultures and are very common. However, the haunted places listed below are not mere folklores and have been thoroughly investigated by Paranormal societies. This should be exciting. Read on.

              Ruins of Bhangarh Fort (Rajasthan)

              Bhangarh Fort, Rajasthan
Bhangarh Fort near Alwar in Rajasthan is arguably the most haunted place in India

Staying After Sunset Is Strictly Prohibited In This Area.” This is the signboard that you will find if you visit the ruins of Bhangarh. This signboard is put by ASI at Bhangarh ruins. A strange feeling, causing anxiety and restlessness, is experienced by the people who visit this place.

If you travel through the pages of history, the Bhangarh Fort was built the younger brother of King Akbar’s General Man Singh, Madho Singh, in the year 1631. But soon after, the city was abandoned. Madho Singh, after seeking permission of an ascetic Baba Balanath, who meditated there, built the town. Baba Balanath had predicted “Look my dear! The moment the shadow of your palace touches me you are undone. The city shall be no more!

In ignorance the grandson of Madho Singh, Ajab Singh, raised the height of the palace to such an extent that the shadow reached the forbidden area. Thus, the devastation of Bhangarh was witnessed.

Local folks say the city was vacated overnight because of the curse. The curse also said, “If the town ever rediscovered, the township would not be possible, but only temples would show up.

Adding fact to the story, there are only temples located in the vicinity of the place and only shrines could be seen from high altitude mountains. People who stayed at Bhangarh after dark are reported to be missing till date.

Apart from this, the rules of Government of India state that there has to be an ASI (Archaeology Survey of India) office beside every Indian historical structure. But, in contrary to the rule, the government authorities have set their office at a distance of one kilometer the ruins of Bhangarh.

              Dumas Beach (Gujarat)

              Dumas Meach, Gujarat
Dumas Beach in Gujarat is considered to be one of the most haunted places in India
There are weird noises or whispers heard while walking along the beach.” This is the common complaint made by the visitors of Dumas Beach.

Another complaint is about the dogs that reside in the neighboring area of this beach. They bark and howl all night. It is said, the paranormal activities are very active at Dumas Beach. It is also reported that visitors who take their dogs to the beach try to stop their masters from continuing further. People say it is due to their heightened sense of vision and smell that they warn humans much before.

The night air at the beach is often described as heavy with sadness. When the flow of the wind increases, the feeling of weighing down the living also increases.

It is needless to say, the locals avoid visiting this beach during the night. Adding some more spookiness to the beach, there have been cases that report disappearing of tourists and locals. None of them, who walked along the stretch of black sand at night, have been found till date.

              Shaniwarwada Fort, Pune

              Shaniwarwada Fort, Pune
Shaniwarwada Fort is one of the most haunted places in India
"Kaka, Mala Vachva!" (Uncle, Save Me!) This is the yell of the 13 year old boy heard till date.
Here, the full moon nights are haunted. The story says that the Shaniwarwada Fort is haunted. The ghost of a 13 year old prince, who was brutally assassinated, haunts here. In the middle of the night, the locals report to hear the shrieking of the boy.

The story behind the haunted fort of the Peshwa rulers of Maharashtra is about the 13 year-old Narayan Rao (successor to the peshwa throne), who was murdered here in 1773.

A clever manipulation resulted into a brutal assassination. The prince uncle's message ‘Narayan Rao La Dharaa’ (Catch Narayan Rao) to the guards, was modified by his wife to ‘Narayan Rao La Maara’ (Kill Narayan Rao).

As the boy was chased by his assassins, all across the fort, the boy cried, again and again "Kaka, Mala Vachva!" The cries for help are even heard on every new moon day at midnight.

Vroom… Vroom… Vroom… Bikes have their own unique sound. When you ride a bike on any road in the world, you travel with style and speed and feel like a Rebel. Check out some of the most expensive bikes in the world …and do let us know which one would you ride...

What is about these gorgeous two-wheel machines that make each and everyone just become so fanatically involved with them? Not everyone looks like the Terminator Arnold Schwarzenegger while riding a Harley Davidson, and still as soon as one touches those clutches, sits on their bike seats and roll the accelerators, one become, in his own eyes, and in the eyes of the world, a pure rebel without a cause or an anti-social freak whom one simply cannot control.

Riding the motorcycles on dreary roads, hills, high altitudes etc. is considered as the prime idea of a modern day adventure. The bikes add a million points to the personality of the rider.

For those who wish to travel with pure style and utmost speed, mentioned below are some of the most lavish bikes.. Possessing any of them is like a dream come true.

                Ecosse ES1 Superbike

If you set United Kingdom’s top F1 engineers a task to design a superbike, what do you think will become the defining attribute of the bike? Speed. The superbike is fitted with an advanced electronic control system which makes the bike ride smooth, airy and ultra fast.

With a boost by a modified IL4 engine which can stay up to 200 BHP, the bike runs… rather flies at a maximum speed of 250 miles per hour. Dreaming of this bike? Place you order for the bike if only you can afford to spend a bare minimum cost (sense the sarcasm) of $3.6 million.
